Lean on Me is a short term resolution program. HHI provides help to individuals facing difficult times in life or experiencing a tragedy/crisis. When facing a hardship and there seems like there is no way out, know that HHI is here to lighten your heavy load.

How to apply for services?

To be eligible for assistance you must submit:

• Proof of household income & expenses incl. copies of bills
• Immediate household family members
• Driver’s license & Birth Certificate
• Social Security cards
• Lease Agreements/Mortgage Statements
• Bank Statements
• Documentation of Crisis Situation
